No order received and no refund received.
I placed an order for nearly £300 of goods from Christies Direct. After there was no progress with the order I cancelled it via live chat and was told my money would be refunded. I am still waiting for my money and there is now no-one to answer the phone and no-one available for live chat. I will not be using Christies again and want my money back!!

I ve been trying to order my products for a month!!
I ve been trying to order my products for a month... spoke to sale , managers etc.. Had a lot of promisses and still don t have an order in place.
I understand they have a system upgrade issue but Seriously????????
Very disappointed!!

Excellent Value Dog Buggy
Bought a foldable dog buggy. A slight delay in delivery, as they had an outage problem, they kept me informed of what was happening. The buggy is excellent quality, very sturdy - exactly what I wanted. Very good value for money, and good customer service.

Ordered an item on 31st December
Ordered an item on 31st December. I then eventually got a tracking number the it said it had been delivered. No it hadn’t. Was delivered to the wrong address (obviously this was the post office fault) phoned twice have done a web chat said they would said the item out. Still waiting and no email from them when promised

No shipment or response
Sadly, after almost an entiere week now, my order still has not been shipped.
My attempts to get in contact with Christies Direct have not been successful so far.

I sent an email asking to cancel my order and will take my shopping elsewhere

It goes without saying, that I am very disappointed and do not recommend ordering here

Dog clippers
The product took a while to arrive and can probably blame that on striking postal workers, but would have expected maybe using a different postal route at this time. When they arrived, there was a part missing, but the customer service to resolve this was top notch and they rectified this following a quick email.

Ordered but not delivered
I ordered the product on the 6th December and paid for the postage. Due to Royal Mail strikes I have still not received the product. Despite ordering plenty of things (with other retailers) within this timeframe that have arrived I am told the delay is all down to the Royal Mail. Most frustrating is the fact that I had to pay £5.50 for delivery. Hopefully it will get here one day. The chat service didn't help other than tell me there was a postal strike.

Ordered on 1st December…..16 days later still waiting for item
Ordered on 1st December. Delivery via tracked 48hrs, Still awaiting delivery 16 days later. They are blaming it on the Royal Mail strikes but other items, ordered elsewhere, have managed to arrive, via Royal Mail, only slightly delayed by a few days. Not a good first experience I’m afraid

Every time I order products arrive very quick, well packaged. Recently one of the order got a bit of a detour(courier’s fault) and when I contacted the customer care team, they were very assuring and the situation was resolved in no time! It is so rare to get such good customer service! Thank you all! Highly recommend Chrities Direct!

Excellent delivery service
I have purchased online from Christies dog grooming products over the past 2 years and the choice, range and quality of products are excellent. As a home DIY groomer, I have access to all the products that the professional groomers use. Great choice of top brands.

The post strike were the only thing…
The post strike were the only thing that let Christie’s down and reduced a star or they would’ve got 5stars. My order was badly delayed & I presumed lost….Christie’s customer services were prompt and helpful. They sent another order out to me - then both arrived on the same day some days later lol! Great team, just a shame the post let them down.

The customer service at Christies…
The customer service at Christies Direct is fantastic. The staff are always really helpful and friendly and nothing is too much bother.
It is so unusual to receive good customer service from a company. Most of the time you have to use number options and don’t speak to a person.
I would use Christies over anyone else because of their great service.
I had two sets of faulty clippers and was able to return them and buy a different product without question and easily.
Whoever is managing this company is doing a great job so thank you.

Fantastic products and prompt delivery
Fantastic products and prompt delivery. I unfortunately had a shampoo damaged in transit that leaked, however, I spoke to the Christie's team on Facebook messenger and they were able to point me in the right direction. A replacement shampoo was dispatched same day (not arrived yet but won't be long) a wonderful service and very helpful!

Would buy from these again.
The whole process from start to finish was really easy. The only issue I had was upon checkout it errored. I re tried and I ended up duplicating my order. Spoke to a lady called Lyndsay who really did everything she could to help and cancelled, Reassured me that I'd get a refund within a timely manner.. Emma from customer care team, again was really pleasant and professional and made sure the refund came back to me, happened the same day.

Other than that the product is wonderful and my dog loves his bath times.

Quick delivery - Fastway courier recked the packaging
Quick delivery, super helpful staff, but the courier is a disgrace
Box opened and torn badly along the side. Looked like they kicked it up and down a shed. Fastway is the courier they use, and a second delivery from another business the next day delivered again by Fastway was recked as well. The damage was not done by Christies Direct but by the courier. I was lucky the contents weren't damaged. Please stop using them. I will be asking for a different courier for the next order. Any other courier delivering goods to me they arrive in mint condition.
